I took Science, then Dentistry and graduated with honours in 1976. I completed a Dental Internship at Toronto General Hospital; then three years of surgical training at three U of T hospitals in Toronto as a resident in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This was completed in 1980. I spent a month at the world famous Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas then set up private practice in Newmarket. I received my Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in 1982.

I also host continuing education meetings for local dentists and/or staff each year.

I am currently Head of Dentistry at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
