Our office is equipped with two of Carestream’s most advanced CBCT units, the CS 9600 scanners. These systems incorporate the latest innovations in imaging technology offering superior resolution, enhanced sharpness, and remarkable noise reduction to produce precise and reliable diagnostic images. Whether it’s for a small or large up to full head field of view, they allow us to capture the most accurate images possible for every patient.
CBCT scans are sent to be interpreted and reported by a radiologist group of your choice (eg. Canaray, OMRA, Huronia). Report turnaround times vary depending on the radiologist group (for more information, contact them directly or refer to their websites).
If your patient is in Newmarket or a surrounding area, then this can be a conveniently located option for your patient to quickly have a scan taken and for you to receive a report by your preferred radiologist group. Our fee is $150 for acquisition plus radiology reporting fees.
